MSRA Terms of Use and Purchase
Version MSRA-TERMS-2026-10-26-v5
About us
The MSRA Bank is operated by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED, company number 17047911, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and correspondence address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For support, complaints or cancellation, email hello@theinterviewbank.com.
These terms cover the standalone Free Mini and Full MSRA Bank. Separate Interview Bank products and bundles have their own purchase terms. UK purchases are sold directly by BELMAR. For international purchases, where available, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record; checkout identifies the seller, final price, taxes and applicable transaction terms. BELMAR provides the bank and account support.
Access and price
Current registration and purchase availability is shown on the MSRA product pages. The standalone Full Bank offer, when available, is £29 once for four calendar months from purchase, with no automatic renewal. Before purchase, we show the total payable, included content and features, access period and any material restrictions. The Free Mini Bank does not automatically become a paid subscription; its questions are included within the Full Bank.
Access starts at purchase. Four calendar months are calculated in UTC, keeping the purchase time and using the last day of the destination month when necessary. Your confirmation and account show the exact expiry. Expiry ends paid access without automatically deleting your account. This does not amend existing access or purchase terms.
You need an internet connection, a compatible browser and necessary sign-in storage. Access is for your personal online study; offline access, future features and other products are included only if expressly stated in your purchase description.
Using the bank
Keep your account secure. Do not share or resell access, bypass restrictions, disrupt the service or systematically copy, scrape or redistribute protected material. We may apply proportionate restrictions to investigate misuse or protect the service; contact support if you wish to challenge a restriction. Paid access remains subject to your contract and consumer rights.
The bank is an independent educational resource, not clinical advice or an official examination. It is not endorsed by NHS England, Medical Royal Colleges, Pearson VUE or recruitment bodies. Scores are practice measures, and no examination or recruitment outcome is guaranteed. Guidance can change and content can contain errors; use current professional guidance for patient care.
Protected material belongs to its owners or licensors. Specific licences and lawful exceptions retain their scope. The existing MIT licence for original notebook code and teaching prose does not automatically cover the question-bank inventory or third-party material. You retain rights in your original notes and reports; we process them to operate the service as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not submit patient-identifiable or unlawfully disclosed confidential information.
Cancellation and refunds
For direct BELMAR purchases, consumers normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel. To supply digital content immediately, we first require your express consent to early supply and acknowledgement that your cancellation right for that digital content is lost when supply begins, and record these in your contract confirmation. Without those requirements, we will not rely on loss of that right. Any service element remains subject to its separate statutory cancellation rules; starting it does not automatically mean it is fully performed.
To cancel, email hello@theinterviewbank.com with a clear statement and your account email or order reference. You may use the cancellation form supplied with your confirmation, but do not have to. For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the amount due without undue delay and within the applicable period, normally within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise and without an administration fee.
Your rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain even after immediate access begins. Digital content must meet the applicable quality, fitness and description requirements; services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill. Available remedies include repair, replacement or repeat performance and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. Contact support about access failures, incorrect charges or content defects.
Corrections, support and responsibility
Report content concerns using the question-report control or email support with the item reference and issue. We investigate complaints and explain the outcome. We may correct or replace material; saved attempts can retain their original version and marks. Reasonable updates or stopping new sales do not remove the main benefit or duration of an existing purchase. If we cannot supply contracted access, we will provide the applicable remedy.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to exercise legally required care and skill. Nothing excludes consumer rights, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
England and Wales law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or the courts available to consumers in their home jurisdiction. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce an existing purchase's rights without a lawful basis.
