About us
The Interview Bank is operated by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED (“BELMAR”), registered in England and Wales under company number 17047911.
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@theinterviewbank.com.
By using The Interview Bank, you agree to these Terms.
Educational use
The Interview Bank provides independent educational resources for interview, recruitment and examination preparation. It is not an official assessment, medical advice, clinical decision support, employment advice or a guarantee of any recruitment or examination outcome.
Scores, feedback and suggested improvements are for educational purposes only. Actual assessors, employers and recruitment organisations may take a different view.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Interview Bank is not affiliated with or endorsed by NHS England, any NHS organisation, Medical Royal College, specialty recruitment organisation, Oriel, Pearson VUE or another organisation referred to in its educational material.
Artificial intelligence
Some features use artificial intelligence to conduct practice conversations, transcribe answers, analyse responses and provide feedback. AI output may contain errors or differ from another assessor's judgment.
BELMAR may change the models, providers and technology used to provide these features.
AI practice is for your own preparation. Repeating questions, revising answers and practising again are permitted. You must not automate AI requests, generate output in bulk for other people, or share accounts.
AI features have safeguards for request frequency, simultaneous requests, answer length and recording duration. Very rapid or unusually heavy activity may temporarily pause AI requests. These pauses do not remove your saved answers or feedback, or prevent you from browsing the question bank. If a pause interrupts your personal preparation unexpectedly, contact hello@theinterviewbank.com. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Included AI practice and top-ups
Each full Interview purchase includes 200 new AI feedback reviews, 600 minutes of dictation and five AI imports of CV or job documents for the whole access period. Where live practice is included, it includes 120 live-interview minutes. These allowances do not reset daily or monthly.
Each new feedback report, including feedback after live practice, uses one review. A full typed Ophthalmology consultation uses five reviews and includes its patient replies and final feedback. Reading questions, study guides or saved feedback does not use the allowance. Repeating a question with new AI feedback does. Dictation uses the duration of audio sent for transcription, rounded up to the next second; editing the transcript is free.
Each £29 additional specialty adds 100 feedback reviews and 300 dictation minutes to your shared practice balance, with the original access expiry. It does not add document imports or live-interview minutes. An optional £9 practice top-up adds 50 reviews and 150 dictation minutes; it does not add document imports or extend access. Live-interview top-ups are separate. There are no automatic top-up charges. Unused included practice expires with access; a top-up does not renew membership.
AI processing also has limits on input length, output tokens and repeated processing, including an overall processing allowance to protect against unusually large or automated requests. A submitted processing request reserves allowance before the provider is contacted. Where feedback fails, retry the same saved attempt: a limited number of processing retries is included rather than charging another review. Dictation and document-processing requests may still use allowance when processing fails. Contact support if a technical problem prevents ordinary personal preparation; your statutory rights are unaffected.
Patient information
Do not submit patient-identifiable information. Clinical examples must be anonymised.
Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, addresses, NHS or hospital numbers, identifiable images or other information that could reasonably identify a patient. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit may lawfully be disclosed.
BELMAR may remove material or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other people.
Accounts
Accounts are personal to the registered user.
- Do not share, sell or transfer access.
- Do not impersonate another person or bypass access controls.
- Do not scrape the service or interfere with its security.
BELMAR may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service, correct entitlement errors or comply with law.
Purchases
Some features are free and others require payment. The relevant purchase page will state the price, access period and material conditions applying to the purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fixed-term access does not automatically renew. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Intellectual property
BELMAR owns or licenses the intellectual-property rights in the original content and software provided through The Interview Bank. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own preparation.
Without BELMAR's permission, you must not:
- systematically copy, scrape, republish, distribute or resell protected content;
- reconstruct the service or its question banks;
- create a competing question bank substantially derived from BELMAR content;
- use protected BELMAR content to train or build an AI model or dataset; or
- bypass technical restrictions.
Reasonable private revision notes are permitted.
Content you submit
You retain any rights you have in original content you submit.
You give BELMAR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, analyse, adapt and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide and personalise the service, generate feedback, maintain your learning history, support and secure the service, investigate problems, maintain educational quality, develop and improve BELMAR's products and services, and exercise or defend legal rights.
BELMAR may allow its service providers to carry out that processing on its behalf.
Information that has been genuinely anonymised or aggregated so that it no longer identifies an individual may be retained and used for lawful analytics, research, quality assurance, product development and business purposes.
Changes and availability
BELMAR may add, change, correct, replace or withdraw features, questions, explanations, scoring frameworks and other content. A later editorial change does not automatically require historical practice results to be recalculated.
BELMAR does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Some functionality depends on third-party infrastructure, artificial-intelligence services and internet connectivity outside BELMAR's direct control.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Interview Bank is provided for educational preparation.
- BELMAR is not responsible for decisions made by recruitment organisations, examination bodies or employers.
- BELMAR is not liable for failure to obtain an interview, job, training post, examination result or other outcome.
- BELMAR is not responsible for losses caused by using educational material as clinical advice.
- Educational and AI-generated content may contain errors.
- BELMAR excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss where legally permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BELMAR's total aggregate liability arising from a particular paid product will not exceed the amount paid to BELMAR for that product during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
