Accurate records and editable drafts
Build an evidence pack even when the form asks for written answers
The current shortlisting form does not ask for supporting uploads, but accurate records prevent inflated claims and make interview follow-up safer. These drafts are prompts for supervisors to edit, not certificates to sign unchanged.
